Fluttery Flounce

14 Aug

I know by now you may be sick and tired of all the onesies/jumpsuits/rompers that I have been constantly wearing lately, but I love them! Like I always say, they’re like dresses, a no-brainer. It doesn’t take much thought because you don’t need to coordinate (in my Pop’s voice from The Wayan’s Bro.) separates. Just style it up with shoes and accessories and you’re done! Well, this one I wanted to style it more casual. That’s pretty much been my theme as of late. Casual and laid back. I don’t know, I guess the Summer just has been doing it to me. I don’t feel like wearing heels much so sneakers and flats have been my go to. This jumpsuit could easily be dressed up for a fancier occasion by throwing on some heels and different accessories. Have you changed anything about your look this Summer? Until the next time, God Bless!

Orange Is The New Black

12 Aug

Another one piece number! I like that this one has the crossover crotch detail but is also menswear inspired. I usually don’t like putting orange and black together because it always seems Halloween-y to me but I wanted to keep the look casual and laid back and these flat slides did the trick while also providing a pop of color. Thanks for stopping by! God Bless!

Romping Thru Town

Another onesie! This one is like wearing my pj’s outside with a pair of sneakers. I bought it extra loose fitting (as I do most of my clothing) to give the look that easy, carefree vibe. The metallic sneakers give that pop against the black background of the romper. Thanks for stopping by! God Bless!

I’m Black and Blue

7 Jul

I picked up this little number a couple of years back and just never felt inspired to wear it until now. I wanted to keep it more daytime and casual so these block heeled sandals were the winners for footwear. I love a a one piece but the struggle is real when you’re out and about and those physiological needs have to be met, lol. But anyway, the onesie, whether a shorts romper or jumpsuit pants, they are a no-brainer when it comes to getting dressed. No need to coordinate a top and bottom piece. That’s what I love when I don’t feel like thinking about styling or if it is a last minute thing. What’s your feelings on a romper/jumpsuit? Until the next time, God Bless!
