Meet Prince Harry

Some of you that follow me on IG have already met him, but for those of you who haven’t this is Prince Harry! Our new addition to the family! This pic is not current so he has definitely grown a little more! He now makes it challenging for me to do outfit posts, blog posts, or anything else for that matter because he is sooo curious and gets in the way of everything that I try to do! So you may see him photobombing me every once in awhile!

Warrior

Just realized this is an unintentional, menswear look. Sporting some men’s Golden State Warriors warmup pants. I love the relaxed, comfy fit and the yellow/gold really pops with the black. The oversized white button down shirt is a hand-me-down from Javar. And although the hat and shoes are women’s, they are menswear-inspired. If you’ve never styled your man’s or your son’s shirt (or pants) into a look, give it a try! God Bless!

Crops and Loafers

23 Oct

Sporting my new favs again! Wow, I think this may be the 1st time I’ve ever worn the same shoes in 2 back-to-back posts! I didn’t feel like wearing heels or styling this jumpsuit dressy so I opted for a flat shoe. The flat shoe makes the look more casual and relaxed plus it saves my that were a bit sore after wearing those YSL boots in this post (it was a long night on my feet, ugh!). I think my feet just need to get used to heels again after wearing flats all Summer. We will just have to see about that! Well, thanks for stopping by! God Bless!

A Little Black A Little White

A bit of pattern mixing. Remember, the key is to have the same colors. Unless you’re a bit more daring and a fashion risk-taker. But this is the easy way to do it. The skirt a bit higher on the waist so I styled it with this crop top. This is look that I’ve come to love as a Summer go to, a crop top and a skirt. And I can’t forget how obsessed I am with a flat slide. They are just so easy and look good with everything! I think my heels are probably a bit jealous this Summer because I have been almost totally neglecting them. We’ll see what happens this Fall. Do you have a go-to look for the Summer? God Bless!

Orange Is The New Black

Another one piece number! I like that this one has the crossover crotch detail but is also menswear inspired. I usually don’t like putting orange and black together because it always seems Halloween-y to me but I wanted to keep the look casual and laid back and these flat slides did the trick while also providing a pop of color. Thanks for stopping by! God Bless!
