Last day of a very long weekend! Thank God I have off tomorrow to get some rest before going back to work! I love this dress! It’s a wrap dress, but kind of reminds me of a vintage apron. Sooo comfy! The print is very cute blue hens and some red and yellow flowers (sorry didn’t get a good close up shot of it).

Stopped at the Baltimore Harbor, home of The National Aquarium, on our way home from Virginia. Good food, a little shopping (of course!) and people watching. On the street outside of the harbor, they were having some type of Indian Festival with music, food and dancing.

Just some randoms shots of my weekend in Virginia. This resort is in a “remote” area (to me anyway; if I can’t see a store in under 1mile, or sporadic, if any, cell service; it is “remote”!) Very pretty, country! Nearby vineyards, many! Wildlife, etc. The resort had accommadations for RVs, outside camping, cabins and a small hotel. We stayed in the cabins! (I am not an outdoorsy person!). The horses were beautiful! I just wish I could’ve been able to take a picture up close with them (too much horse poo around!) and not the proper footwear! Many activities available, incl. horseback riding. I mostly enjoyed just relaxing and catching up on some much needed sleep! That’s what vacations are for to me!

I am a big fan of stripes. The shoes, I thought, would really pop with the red/white. I like the contrast of a shoe that doesn’t “match” with other colors in the outfit. It just adds some visual interest! What I didn’t realize [until I reviewed the pics] that my outfit resembles “Where’s Waldo?” (ie: the red/white sweater). But I still I like it! What about you????

I love the color combination of this outfit. I pretty much like brown with everything! I added the orange (which I also love with brown) accessories for a nice pop of color! The shirt, I was actually purchasing for my son, then I thought it would look good with this skirt that I had. So I kept it for myself! (But he can have it now!)
